Is my wheel powder coat or diamond cut?

Alloy wheels generally fall into two categories, powder coat or diamond cut. It is important that you select the correct type of wheel when getting your quotation or else the price you are quoted will not be correct. This is because refurbishment of diamond cut wheels requires an additional step in the process where the wheels are re-cut on one of our specialist in-house CNC lathes. Below we provide some broad advice on how to quickly identify whether your wheels are powder coat or diamond cut.
