It isn’t often that I feel compelled to write about excellent service but there’s no doubt that the quality of the work and service that you and your team provide is outstanding.

My car’s wheels were looking very tired and brought the whole of the car’s appearance down but, following your refurbishment, now look like new ones!  They lift the whole appearance of the car – even better than I expected.

I must also say a special thank you for the extra help you gave us on that day.

I received a first class service from Alex/The Wheel Specialist when I had all my wheels refurbished recently. I found it to be a very professional outfit.

I was accommodated at short notice and it was all accomplished in a day. My wheels look absolutely great. I would definitely recommend him.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the results of the wheel refurbishment.

The wheels look very good and the finish is definitely resilient because I have already managed to bump the kerb while parking but not a scratch to be seen.

The work on the inner rim has solved the deflating tyre problem as well so, all in all, a very good job indeed.

Very happy with my new look wheels. My launch edition Mk3 MX5 had been having what appears to be a common problem with the Mazda alloys, namely corrosion. Wanting to keep up the appearance I had been offered a measly 10% off a new set of wheels by Mazda (circa £1500) when I saw The Wheel Specialist flyer in the car wash waiting area. I was quoted just over £300 for all 4 wheels to be powder coated in black chrome which I felt most closely matched the original look. The guys had the car whilst I away for a few days, at my request’ even though they offered the same day service. They did a great job. I am very pleased to have kept up the look of my limited edition car at a fraction of the price of the manufacturer’s option, and courteous and friendly service to boot! Well done Alex and the guys at the East Grinstead branch of the Wheel Specialist.

The same day service was excellent as was the advice given in selecting the right finish. I don’t know how you achieved the ‘as new’ finish on my badly kerbed wheels but they look perfect now.

Thanks for doing such a fantastic job of my Z4 wheels. All 4 wheels were in very poor condition before having them refurbished. There was corrosion around the spokes and bolt holes, and to make things worse I didn’t have a locking wheel nut key from the previous owner. My wheels now look like new and I’m very pleased with the finish. Not only do you do you guys do a great job, but the customer service was as good as it comes – I would definitely use you again and recommend you to anyone considering having their wheels done.

My cars alloy wheels were in desperate need of being refurbished. I did a Google search for Wheel refurbishment companies that were local to me in Dorest, however I came across a National company called “The Wheel Specialist” who have branches all over the country, what I also noticed was a new branch had just opened in East Grinstead near Crawley which could work for me as I was due at The Base to do some training. I gave the branch a call and spoke to the owner Alex who gave me all the info I needed. Alex said he would be able to do a same day service… the work that was carried out was first class (The wheels are now like new) I can not recommend the “The Wheel Specialist” highly enough.
