 I just want to take this opportunity to express my delight with everyone at The Wheel Specialist Newcastle.  I’m a very difficult man to please when it comes to my car but the guys at the showroom and in the workshop have done an incredible job. In an industry filled with old, generally intimidating workshops and mobile “experts” I cannot express the value of being able to walk into a clean and tidy showroom with countless examples of wheel finishes rather than being limited to imagination only. With experience of several competitors I can honestly say that The Wheel Specialist are unrivalled.  No compromises were necessary and the customer service is second to none. Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thanks for the first class job on my wheels yesterday. They are like new and the chromed valve caps are a nice finishing touch. Everything was as described and I am really pleased with the results.

Have made the wife sign a declaration that if she “Kerbs” these wheels now, she will be coming down to see you with Her bank card!!

If you ever want a testimonial then I will be happy to provide one. So many people are quick to moan and complain about things, but very seldom do they take the time to comment when a job is carried out extremely well.

You refurbished the wheels on my wife’s Audi A4 cabriolet two weeks ago and I thought I would drop you a line to say the quality and standard of the refurbishment is absolutely first class. You finished the wheels in a brighter finish than the original and they look much better than when the car was brand new.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you for your excellent work and attention to detail on my BBS wheels. Not only were they perfectly refurbished to my exact specifications, but you actually managed to improve them thanks to John`s suggestion to polish the rims!  As soon as I saw the level of investment in state -of -the- art equipment and the immaculate appearance of the work space, I knew my wheels were in good hands.

You always made me feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble – I can be a bit of a perfectionist sometimes!
