Just a note to say how pleased I am at the refurbishment of my alloy wheels, I had a mobile refurb out to do them, they were at it for 3 days, the job was atrocious, I needed to call in the professionals, the wheels were stripped, powder coated and looking like a million dollars in just a few hours, I can’t thank you enough, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone, you are courteous, professional at what you do, informative, all in all, a great service, once again, thanks.

I am, indeed, delighted with my newly refurbished wheels, and I’m very happy with the colour choice I eventually made!

Thank you for being good enough to let me hang around your office all day; it was actually a most enjoyable day as it turned out, with a great result at the end. I’ve now completely detailed the car and it looks considerably better than new, something which wouldn’t have been true had the wheels not been looking as good as they do. Thank you also for taking the extra time to fix the minor issue caused by the significant corrosion on one of the wheels – very much appreciated.

I shall doubtless see you again when I need new tyres, having now discovered your existence and your high standards in both service and care of the wheels / car.

Yesterday I took my car into your Manchester branch for a refurb on all four wheels. I have to say what a great experience it was.

Right from the beginning with the very helpful and knowledgeable receptionist Donna to Andy and Mark who did a great job on the car.

As we stayed in Manchester, they promised to call at 12.30 with an update. They did this and the car was ready at 2.00.

I can’t praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone. If you would like to forward this message, that is fine.

Just to let you and your guys know that  the refurbished wheels are absolutely terrific!!  I am very, very, pleased. They are also perfect balance, and very easy to clean. I think you guys can teach tyre retailers something about wheel balancing. I put another layer of wheel wax on today, but could only clean the wheels not the car, what with this hose-pipe ban!!

Performance BMW Magazine were about to do 3 x 6 page features on our Race School & Race Cars, with that in mind and knowing the photographers would be taking close up pictures picking up every detail, we approached The Wheel Specialist, Manchester.

We had 2 problems: (1). Due to the nature of our business our wheels are constantly battered and bruised, but the finish had to be perfect for the photo shoot! (2). We had very little time to go until the shoot!

Donna was fantastic, we left with absolute confidence that all the wheels would arrive back in time and looking fantastic.. And they did!!
