Apologies for the delay in writing to you but I wanted to express my thanks for recent work carried out to my car.
I very recently purchased my dream sunset orange Nissan 350z with shockingly battered wheels. I wasn’t sure if they would be repairable but my friend had recommended I try your Cardiff (Cwmbran) depot.
I am not sorry that I did! I was so pleasantly shocked and pleased when I saw the wheels, I think the new charcoal anthracite colour looks better than the chrome finish ever did and makes the gold callipers stand out really well!

The cars appearance has been so enhanced by the ‘new wheels’ I am really pleased. Somehow the wheels looks bigger!
It was a pleasure to meet you all and Jon was very kind and understood how fussy I am and protective of the car!
It was great to see where the car was going to be ‘sleeping’ overnight and that put my mind at rest, along with the fact you take the mileage before and after so I wasn’t worried about my car going out without me overnight!

I would just like to thanks you for the work that you carried out on the wheels of my Hyundai Terracan. The service and professional approach was second to none. The way that you were willing to solve the problem of getting everything in place for the work to be carried out  was superb and save me so much time and effort.

As for the work I must say that it has enhanced the my cars appearance and made such a difference to the look of the car. I would always recommend your service to anyone whom wanted their wheels revamped to such a high standard.

I visited your Cwmbran stockist today after arranging for my wheel to have a new tyre. I wanted to let you know that the service I received from the two young men who served me was excellent. They were both attentive and efficient in the service they gave and nothing was too much trouble.

As you may be aware it is sometimes awkward for female customers to go to male dominated services but I wanted you to know that I couldn’t have felt more at ease. I feel that people only take time to complain about services and don’t often congratulate people on good service. I will definately recommend you to others.

Just a quick thank you to you and all your staff for doing a fantastic job on re-coating of my new Landrover wheels.  This was a difficult application in that the colour I chose was black in the centre of the wheel fading into silver at the edge of the rim.  I was very impressed with the thickness of powder coating in comparison with the standard Landrover finish and would suggest this is far superior to the original.  Both you and your staff were very professional and provided first class customer service, which these days is a rare trait.  I would highly recommend your service to any potential customer and please feel free to reproduce this recommendation if you so wish.
