The service that I received from TWS from very first contact, right through to final collection, was seamless and brilliant.  The quotation process was swift, the cost/service clarification process was both clear and professional and the vehicle receiving/collection process is what I’d expect from any company that takes my car into their care (better than some dealers).

After some basic research it soon becomes clear that there are cheaper alternatives around, but I selected TWS for no other reason than I didn’t want the pain and hassle of removing the wheels and tyres and then to lose the use of the car for (unknown) days on end whilst the wheels were sent away and refurbished.  The same day service I received was excellent and the final result is stunning.  In a few hours, TWS managed to lift the look of my heavily abused and corroded wheels to an “out of the showroom” standard.  I cannot praise TWS enough and would not hesitate to recommend you to both the general public and car enthusiasts alike.  After experiencing your service, I can’t see why anyone would consider a mobile chip repairer, when for relatively a few extra pounds, it is possible to have have the full monty, with virtually new wheels.  Thank you.  Quentin Wilson’s comments are spot on!

Here at Brown Brothers we are believers in reciprocal business, so when I needed the decidedly awful wheels of my wife’s S-Type Jag refurbishing, naturally I used The Wheel Specialist website to obtain a quote.

I’m delighted to report back how pleased I am with the entire process. Your website was clear, easy to use and inspired confidence, with the quote being returned virtually instantly.

I then received a call back from Alan at my local branch (Burton) within a short period, and he booked me in a couple of days later.

The experience at Burton was equally good, with Alan helpfully advising me on colour etc., and the whole thing was really personable. Despite me unknowingly landing the guys with one egg-shaped alloy which he sorted quickly for me, the job was completed really quickly within a time frame that suited me. Having a courtesy car available was invaluable for me – really the reason I was able to commit so quickly.

To the crunch then which I guess is the result. I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with the appearance now; the alloy was quite heavily pitted, but this is now barely noticeable; the colour also really suits the car and has transformed the appearance. I am so pleased that I decided to go for refurbishment rather than replacement now, and, crucially looking at the end result, feel really confident about the longevity of the effect.
