I cannot believe the transformation you made to my 4 alloys this week. The wheels were beginning to look a bit shabby and the tyres were losing pressure, now they look just like new again and the whole car looks better. The service received was fantastic, very efficient and the work done on the wheels was exactly as quoted. You even re-fitted my summer tyres after refurbishing the wheels. I will certainly recommend your service. 10/10 for quality, efficiency and courtesy.

I washed the car yesterday so I took a really detailed look at the alloys and have to conclude the finish is as good (if not better!) than the factory items. I’m absolutely delighted with them and really appreciate the quick turnaround you achieved on Friday.

Just wanted to drop you a short note to commend you on a superb quality product.

 

I very very happy with the job your guys made of my alloy wheels, Although i have to say the most pleasing thing about the whole experience was the customer focus the guys showed me.

 

Ash met me at the workshop around 7:45, and within minutes i knew my car was in safe hands….. He gave me a run back to my work place, and the whole time engaged in conversation.

 

When i returned to collect my car i was met with the same enthusiasm i received at 0745, Once again Ash was at the helm and we took a walk around the car to ensure i was happy, and the rest of the guys in the workshop were also there giving their opinions on the job…. I asked Ash a bit about the process and once again he was more than happy to oblige me……

 

On the whole i think you can take great pride in the product you have on offer….. but more satisfying to me and I’m sure to you, is the amazing customer focus your employees have in the Aberdeen workshop.

I have now fitted the wheels to my wifes polo and they look amazing well chuffed with the service although it was quite a lengthy wait for the last wheel to be finished. I will thoroughly recommend you to all my mates and can’t wait to show off the new rims.. I will also put up a post on the local vw forum (eastsidevw) and a couple of pic’s recommending you guys.
