Dear Sir,
Many thanks for the splendid job you did yesterday, I have now cleaned and polished the rest of my car to try and bring it up to the standard of the wheels. I almost feel as if I have a new car. As I drove away yesterday, I felt that I might have seemed non-committal. You asked me what I thought of the job, and I did not really have a proper look. It was the end of the day, you had a lot to do before you could leave and I was eager to throw myself into the Burton evening rush hour traffic.
I could tell that you and your excellent team take great pride in your work. I could have cheerfully eaten my breakfast off your workshop floor. The general atmosphere in the shop was a very happy one. Taking me to and from the station was greatly appreciated. I know that it doesn't matter, but the fact that, on each wheel, the locking nut was opposite the valve, shows attention to detail. Of course, I cannot tell exactly what went on with my wheels inside your kiln, but I can infer from what I did observe that all would have been done to the highest standard.
I do not intend to kerb any wheels, but I am almost tempted to do so just to relive the experience! Many thanks to you and to your excellent team.

Hi Alan,
...After 3 years of carefully modifying the whole car and obtaining performance parts from all over Europe and the States the last thing left to do would be the wheels. I decided that I would keep the existing wheels that I had on the car as I thought they suited the car and a good quality replacement set of the same quality would cost in excess of £500 so after much deliberation I decided to use the Wheel Specialist as I could'nt find any negative comments about this company anywhere on the Internet. I wasn't disappointed, the dark anthracite finish on my wheels, the service and the exceptional job that was made of my wheels put the smile back on my face plus the extremely friendly, kind and helpful team who run the Burton branch restored my faith that there are people who care and who in my opinion have no equals in this area of car restoration and refurbishment.

I would like to thank you and all your team for the superb job you have done refurbishing the 19” alloy wheels on my BMW 3 Series Coupe. You showed a great deal of patience whilst I finally decided on the finish I required, allowing me to change my mind halfway through the process. The finished job was superb and just to my requirements.

Just to say thanks again for the superb restoration job done on my 11 year old SLK alloys.
I'd become so embarrassed by them that it was spoiling my enjoyment of the car, I wish I'd done it years ago!
Your service was excellent and your honesty about just what to expect was really refreshing. The finished result has reminded me why I bought the car in the first place.
I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and colleagues and would be happy for you to add this email to your testimonials.
Anyone considering buying new alloys needs their heads examining !

Hi Hannah, I would like you to pass on my thanks to all concerned for a job well done..! After viewing the 4 refurbished alloys in the daylight..! I can assure you that the finish achieved is better than I thought possible,certainly considering the amount of corrosion that was present on these 6 yr old wheels..! Very few companies today can achieve what they advertise...! Be proud to know that your team are doing an excellent job. Your own customer facing skills are both pleasant and refreshingly honest...! For sure I will recommend you to my petrolhead friends...!

"From calling the Derby/Burton branch and speaking to Hannah her great polite customer service made me decide this was the place to go for the finish I was wanting on my wheels. I decided to visit The Wheel Specialist to see what they had to offer and Alan had a look at my Ford Focus ST170 wheels that were kerbed, corroded and in an overall poor condition in which I though were totally beyond any company refurbishing them however Alan said he could do the works on my wheels without hesitation. Hi Alan, “The wheels on my SLK were refurbished a couple of months ago at the new Burton site. The finish on the wheels immediately after the work totally transformed the tired and slightly scuffed look bringing them back to an ‘as new’ condition. I’ve now used the car for a couple of months through a wide range of different weathers and the finish has not diminished at all. I am extremely happy with the result and I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone wanting to really improve the look of their car and I can wholehearted recommend the very helpful, friendly and professional folks at the Burton site.
